Brody was a big help when I had a problem placing my order online, thanks guy! Pizza was delish as always. They never disappoint.
I had a horrible experience when my food took over 2 hours to get to my house when I was told 45 minutes. The food was cold and it looked like it had been sitting out for those 2 hours. The manager that night was rude and put the blame on Pizza Hut for not giving her enough staff.
The next day I get a phone call from another manager that was very kind and said she credited me the cost of our meal for a later date.
Order from there all the time. Pizza has always been good and the service exceptional.
Good food with good service. Nothing exceptional about this place but still pretty good.
Nice employees and great food
Then I finally decide to try them out again today. I call to place an order and the so called store manager tells me that they have no record of me ever ordering from them. I ask him what else we can do to find the credits and he told me that my only option was to just place the order and pay for it. This has to be the worst run Pizza Hut in the country. Pizza Hut has my favorite thing crust but I will never do business here again. There are too many other pizza places in town that know how to treat a customer for me to ever deal with this store again. They could offer me free pizza and I wouldn't step foot in there to pick it up.
