I love RBC Dominos they get my order right and always bring the little things that i have experienced usually not getting from gadsden store like napkins so forth. The delievey is normally quick and driver extremely polite and helpful dont mind the dog checking them head to toe either. My experiences do far are awesome with this store

We had the absolute best driver deliver our pizza. His name was Chuck. Our pizza was messed up and he personally fixed it and redelivered it to us. He is very friendly and kind. I want to highly recommend him! Rbc has a good man working for them. Wonderful costumer service
Usually very good with occasional mistake that they quickly correct. Food is always hot and fresh.
This location is terrible and only continues to get worse. They get the order wrong almost half the time and pizza is never hot only warm at best and I only live 5 minutes away. I ordered again tonight for the last time and again they got the order wrong. I called to complain and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told it would be another hour to hour and 15 minutes until they could get my correct order to me. I declined and asked for a refund and was told that they didn't do that. They could give me free pizza instead. How do people stay in business with this type of customer service.
