They have these gun like things called scanners. The way that works is...you scan a package and BINGO, suddenly people who care about that package and have the corresponding tracking number will now know exactly where that package is. One small problem. If you don't scan it, those same caring people with the right numbers are forced to use mental telepathy....which, by most accounts, isn't near as reliable as the scanning technology. Fedex employees must be better at telepathy.
Custoner service is a joke the truck just went by and did not stop I call. And get told by someone on other side of the planet that it will be on truck today. Really the truck I just saw drive by. Try to call locale place so they could tell driver in right here and he or she did not stop. But again get someone whom can't understand me telling me item is on truck today. Item is on truck today. Sorry company. I will pay ten times more to ship with UPS or Post Office.
This location offers nice staff. The lady at the front helped me carry some heavy items that I needed to ship. She was super nice. She even helped me make a box for my item. The manager, Tom, was trying to be nice but he is kind of an ass instead. He came out and was very meticulous. Had I not shipped many items via FedEx and would not know what I could and couldn’t ship, i would have taken my item and went back home. However, I was guiding him with my past experiences in Cali. He kept saying we don’t do that here. FedEx is FedEx regardless if it is located in nowhereville Al or Silicon Valley.

This is the most unorganized company ive ever used i will never use them for any packages ever again i would just as soon pay trriple prices if I have too .this is 5 times i used them and packages was always late every time they was supposed to be here at 430 and they came and left a door sticker and came right by my house today and never stopped and now presents won't be here until Tuesday
I would not recommend asking for the manager. He is kind of an ass. Speak with the African American lady at the front. She is super nice and helpful.
