Dr. Mu is a nice doctor. A little hard to understand with his accent, but his information and explanations made sense. The problem is getting their attention again now that I've been for the visit and driven to a separate lab for lab work. They don't do their own; you take their form somewhere, get blood drawn and the lab sends results to the doctor. My lab work was supposed to be back to him last Wednesday, according to the lab. Dr. Mu said for me to call them if I did not hear, so I called Friday and Monday. Now Tuesday. Just answering machines where I keep leaving my requests for info/prescription. When I was there last week, there was a man complaining to them that someone should answer their phones. That would be nice.
Dr Mu is very nice and he spends alot of time with you and explains everything to were you can understand.
They are very hard to get in touch with, I have called several times with no call back. It's been 2 months since I had my lab work no one has contacted me back with my results I have called so many times I just give up. They really need a better system.
Don't use. Arrogant. Poor service. Needs to take an english speaking course. Return to homeland where you might take some educational coursrs.
What a wonderful, caring man. It is a priveledge to be a patient of Dr. Mu. He was interested in me and my condition. He gave me his time and advice. I would say you could not find a better doctor. Also, every member of the staff was kind and helpful.
