I own a classic Mercedes S class. Parts aren't always easy to aquire nor was this car designed for 'ease of maintenance'. The Birmingham Mercedes service departments aren't readily keen on working on this series of W126 S classes either. That being said the men at C & S expertly diagnosed the problem (s) and did the necessary repairs, using the best OEM and or after market parts at a cost which surprised me. "Is that ALL" was the first thing I could say when I received my final bill. Will they serve you wine and cheese while you wait in a lounge appointed with fine burled English walnut accents with leather club seating and free Wi-fi? No. Will your vehicle be ready by 5 pm same day? Doubt it. But if you want OR need a quality repair job at a good price, give 'em a call. And bring your own wine and cheese!!
