I was very pleased with Hyundai of Gadsden during our purchasing of our 2017 Santa Fe in July 2016. Part of the sales incentive for us to buy our vehicle was free oil changes AND car washes for two years. Everything has been fine until our November visit. We were told they no longer honor the car wash part of our sales package. So evidently, even if you're promised something at the point of purchase, management can decide to stop it at any time without warning or compensation.
